Hey everyone, I have a 1982 KZ1000 LTD k model. The tachometer is not working, I'm building it into a cafe racer and want to eliminate the tachometer. The tach on this bike is all electronic and not mecanical. On the wiring diagram the tach wires are connected to the ignition coils. Is it okay if i just take them off? Are there any sensors or anything that make the tach have to be left on? Thank you all.
