82kz750n1/dyna coils

..so wired in relay ala georges mod specs ..now with the two into one redwire connection ,can i just use any hot lead? >i.e. the positive battery terminal ?

No, I believe you'll need a switched power source( the kill switch, is where this comes from).

One lead goes to the power wire that went to the coils. That powers the relay. The hot wire your'e talking about goes to a fused circuit. The main wire going to the ignition switch. Use a tap like you use for trailer hook ups to do this. DON'T GO TO THE BATTERY The other two go to the coils. Sometimes there's only one you have to double up on.
1. relay switching wire to the kill switch/ignition switch double connector.
2. switched terminals to coils
3. switched power lead to tap on main lead after fuse.
