The only way the spark plug clearance could be closing down is if the piston is smacking it. Not good. You might want to check the other plugs to see if the same thing is somehow happening.

spark plug "closing" ? The gap closing up? You are going to need to be a little more concise to get a useful response!

I gap the spark plug then install it run the bike for 5 mins and gap is gone closed only on cylinder 2

Like metal tang on the spark plug touching middle of the plug closed not completely flat closed just like if was bent down
