C5 ignition
16 Aug 2014 20:13
Hey guys,
I'm looking at a C5 Ignition for my bike and wanted to if anyone else had tried one. No more advancer weights, multi-spark ignition, 4 pre-programmed advanced curves (that can be switched on the fly) and the option to get a programming link for the laptop to make my own advance curves and rev limits. Sound pretty awesome. $480 gets the optical eye, 2 coils and plug wires. Even cheaper for you guys running twins.

No i haven't tried it. But I wonder for your build if your money would be well spent on it. That bis a lot for a single upgrade. You can change the mechanical advance quite a lot if needed Very Cheap. The big bucks might be better spent elsewhere. .02

Thats a valid point, however the bike motor wont be stock for long. I probably did not "need" a Moto Gadget M-Unit but I bought one any way.

The Motogadget will be coming soon. I have a couple of things to finish before the frame can be power coated. Once the frame is done I can get everything else done. I really need to stop changing stuff!
