troubles

Like the subject line says, I gots trouble. I'm pretty sure my ignition switch went out on me. It's been a little finicky as of late, So.... I tried wiring in a toggle switch until I get a new one. It worked enough to get it going....briefly. I thought maybe things were a little cramped in the headlight can, so I opened it up and tried to shift things a little to see if there was maybe a short or loose connection and I disconnected the right side turn signal.
Now, for whatever reason, I am getting constant power (switch on or off), no headlight, and turn signals not working. I'm a visual kind if person. So, if anyone happens to have a picture of what it's supposed to look like, it would be greatly appreciated, Oh yeah, it's a 1982 KZ1100 D Spectre

Okay. So, my plan didn't work out. And I'm just waiting for the new ignition switch. Now, if I can just make sure I get the wiring right in the headlight can so things work. There are 3 wires that I'm not sure of, black w/yellow stripe, yellow w/black, and white w/blue. Any ideas on what the are and what hooks up to them? I'm assuming one is a ground.
