I maby interested. Tell me about this electronic ignition. I have a kz 400 from 1977. And it is very hard to get started. It takes at least 30 minutes to get going.
I want i t to start right away. Maby it is just the battery. I will try to by a new. But again tell me abaut it. Villy

I have one of these on my bike and it starts on the first try everytime. It replaces the disc that has the points on it. This one uses a system of optical triggers and a similar rotating slotted disc that the points were on. Not sure what else you are inquiring about.. maybe someone else can elaborate more on this ignition.. I'm positive that there are many users on here that have this same one and can maybe chime in. Actually, try a search for Newtronic on this site.

Get the electronic ignition off a 440 and use that.
