I'm in for a new stator and found this:
www.regulatorrectifier.com/catalog/1982-...(Twin-Shocks)-Stator
I'm curious if anyone has tried this and it's dependability.
This is for a 1982 GPz750.

Looks like a generic China unit as sold by companies like RM Stator and Electrosport. For my money I'd get a Ricks. I also recommend a SH-775 R/R, it will help protect the stator from shunted current causing it to cook. Stators like linked that make "20% more power" also cause 20% more current to be shunted back into the stator, thus cooking it even faster, unless you are using the power for something like heated gear.

The SH-775 is a series R/R and can be found at Polaris dealers for around $70.
