Conversion

I just want a RPM meter without the mph and key. How do I start the bike if I take off that unit?

I would imagine that you would have to either relocate the key or re-wire it to a switch to turn on the ignition. I wouldn't, you are just asking to have it stolen unless you are making it strictly a track bike.
