What did you use to remove generator rotor?

Did you use rear wheel axle? Did you buy a bolt or special tool?

www.z1enterprises.com should be able to sell you a puller. My understanding, is the rear wheel axle, and loose fitting ball bearing, can be used to remove the rotor of the alternator.
