I am not sure even where to start to figure out why the Tail/indicator 10A fuse keeps burning out.. It just started to happen.. Is this a common problem? Is there an area in the wiring that is prone to short?? Does anyone have any ideas on how to find the short if it is one, or any ideas on how to fix this problem?

I'd check the wiring from the fuse block to the tail light. I think the hot(+12 volt) wire is coming in contact to the frame(- 12 volt), and blowing out when wires are flexed. Look carefully inside rubber grommets, or where wires are routed.
