It will zap on the left side when it feels like, no zap on the right side, unless the coil wire from the CDI has been switched. All of the wires have been inspected, connectors cleaned. I found a splice joining the two wires that go from the CDI to the coils. I also took the pick up coils out and the resistance across their wires is 122.5 Ohms on the right, 124.2 Ohms on the left. Ignition switch taken apart and cleaned, fuse box and fuses checked OK, On/off switch cleaned as well. The bike ran about 2 months ago, when I first brought it home, then I took apart the panels for painting and upon re-assembly, this no spark cr.. has me scratching my bold head. I have located a CDI unit and a set of pick up coils, but don't want to buy while blindfolded. A little help would be immensely appreciated.
