positive wire coming off battery. Z1r

Trying to get my bike all wired up.

Noticed i am missing the Positive wire that comes off the battery and goes to the starter relay on the left side of the bike. The part # 26011-1018 is discontinued like all the parts for this bike.

Is there any way to cross reference and see if any other models or years will work?

I haved looked on e-bay. There are several for a z1 that look very similar. one big wire and one small wire, attached at one end.

Thanks
Aaron

From the starter thread. I'll check with Z1E.

Looked to me that it would mostly depend on length of the cable and wire. If you are doing a complete resto, then maybe you want the OEm KAW part. Otherwise there are several that look close, from the ZG Concours, or some of the other Kawasakis. I saw some good used ones in great condition on Feebay for real cheap. They were from the Kawasaki ZG Concours from PinWal Cycle salvage. I've bought from them a few times with good luck.
