Repo coils------I knew I
01 Jun 2013 19:35
was in trouble when I open the shipping box and saw this
And then I trimed them up screwed on the plug end and enstalled one of them. It doesn't fit.
Wire leads are not long enough, dang near three inches short. WTF
Theres just no way to stretch all the wires out.
Now i know why try to use oem parts used whatever. Hopefully Jeff will return this crap o la

Greg,
they are a universal coil. The metal retaining clip on holding the wire to the bar can be repositioned above or below the mounting bar - you just have to pull that bolt out and move the clip. This changes the effective wire length by about 1". If that's not enough (and it should be after I pulled the tank off my Z1A to check), you can remove the metal clip and flip the connectors 180 degrees and gain another 1.5" or more.
