'83 Spectre 1100 charging and signal issues

First post here, hope I can get some help with this bike...I purchased a Spectre 1100 recently, and the charging system is not working, nor are the turn signals. Now, I have replaced the R/R and battery, and PO replaced the Stator. I have checked the Stator output, and it is right where is should be, but resistance wise, it seems off. At each of the three wire combos I get 1.2-1.4 ohms, but books are telling me .36-.54 ohms. Bad windings in the stator?

Next up, I have not been able to get the signals to work, I have checked fuses, flashers, and I had power to the switch. I also know the auto-cancelling solenoid works. I replaced the cancelling unit with a known working unit, but now I have no power to either side of my flasher fuse.

This bike has been very frustrating for me and I just want to ride...I am stuck riding my crusty old KZ440 for now.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!

Sam
