Cylinders 1,2 not getting hot
19 May 2013 08:28
Hi, Cylinders 1,2 not getting hot.
I put new coils still not firing.
I swapped wires still not hot.
if i put 3,4 wires on 1,2 the cylinders fires on 1,2 and not 3,4
at a loss as to why 1,2 will not fire? could it be the Dyna S ignition?

Just to be sure -- the left-hand coil (shifter side) fires the outside cylinders #1 and #4; and the right-hand coil (brake pedal side) fires the inside cylinders #2 and #3.
The left-hand (9 o'clock) Dyna-S pickup module signals the left-hand coil; and the right-hand (3 o'clock) Dyna-S pickup module signals the right-hand coil.
Good Fortune!
