Same here Ed, even the 167,000 mile KZ650 has original stock coils, my 70,000 mile KZ650 and 80,000 mile KZ1000 also. I put Dyna coils in the high mile KZ650 once and had to pick wires and I must have picked garbage, because one end pulled off the wire when I was trying to remove it from a plug, but all along for the months I ran the Dyna coils, they did nothing $0.02 better than my old originals, so I just put the originals back on, then sold the Dynas on ebay. No advantage to me on my motorcycles. Just because they are 30yrs old, who cares? They work on my KZs.
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.
