On Park Off Right hand control

I cant seem to get the switch to move. This was a true barn find and it looks like it. Various parts from a KZ on a Z1 frame and engine. I have applied contact cleaner and pb to no avail. Should I just break down and buy another? The screw that holds the switch handle is stripped.

I'd replace the entire right hand assembly. I believe www.redlinecycle.com has the "Pod", along with www.kandstech.com/index.php?page=switchescontrols

I would get another....they run from $50 to $70 it looks toasted to me.
