Question about gauges and wiring (1980 kz750 LTD)

Hey
So i have to do all the wiring for the ignition, headlamp, and gauges. For the gauges I have no idea what color goes to what. Would anyone know by any chance? and also what does the 1=1:5 on the back of the tach mean, and m=2.1 on the speedo? also where can i get that same exact bracket? person i bought the bike from only had one -_-
also i do have the wiring diagram for the ignition, is it difficult to have it all wired? i have never done it before...

Some of the wiring diagrams are mislabeled in the links. An H2 is an 81 & an H3 is an 82.
