How to test a flasher relay

My 82 kz750's turn signals turn on but won't blink. How can I test it to make sure it's bad. I have a multimeter so I can try to ohm it out or what is something else I can do because I'm not sure the reading I am looking for. Thanks

got the same problem with my flashers. it all started with the horn that stopped working. then I took apart the blinker switch to try to figure it out and now the flashers don't work.

Plug it in under the dash of your car and try it

Yah my horn also hasn't worked since I bought it. So I'm not sure if they are linked to the same problem or what's going on.
