No gauge light or rear running light

Hello so I just got my rebuild back together and noticed that the gauge lights and rear taillight dont work. The brake light works. I tested the voltage of the red wire that runs to the fuse and there is nothing. I also test the ignition switch and the blue wire has no voltage. The red/blue and the brown wire shows continuity when I tested it at the ignition switch harness. Is there supposed to be continuity? Also the wires on the hazard switch broke from the solder, would that affect anything?

Figured it out by myself , there just happened to be two wires that were unplugged and loose thats why I couldnt pinpoint it.

HEADLIGHT
RED with BLACK stripe, High Beam.
RED with YELLOW stripe, Low Beam.
BLACK with YELLOW stripe, the ground circuit.

BRAKE/TAIL LIGHT Can be an # 1157 dual filament bulb
RED, Running or Tail Light.
BLUE,(sometimes with a Red stripe) Brake Light Circuit.
BLACK with YELLOW stripe, the ground circuit.

LEFT FRONT TURN SIGNAL Can be an #1157 dual filament bulb
GREEN, Left front turn signal circuit.
BLUE, Left front running light circuit.
BLACK with YELLOW stripe, the ground circuit.

RIGHT FRONT TURN SIGNAL Can be an # 1157 dual filament bulb
GREY, Right front turn signal circuit.
BLUE, Right front running light circuit.
BLACK with YELLOW stripe, the ground circuit.

LEFT REAR TURN SIGNAL Can be an #1156 single filament bulb
GREEN, Left rear turn signal circuit.
BLACK with YELLOW stripe, the ground circuit.

RIGHT REAR TURN SIGNAL Can be an #1156 single filament bulb
GREY, Right rear turn signal circuit.
BLACK with YELLOW stripe, the ground circuit.

I make a habit of yearly replacing the glass tubed fuses, as vibration and current surges will affect their life.
