81 kz1000 ltd wiring

I have 2 blk/yel wires one on each right side battery box bolts. I realize they are grounds but to what? One is cut and the other has empty bullet connector.

The wiring diagram in KZr's FILEBASE shows one blk/yel wire with a dual connector designated as "Electric Accessory Leads," which wire appears to reach ground near the battery.

Perhaps the other cut/unused blk/yellow wire was the ground for a component no longer in service, such as a fuel level sender.

I have not found anything thats missing there! I had the red plug melted that goes to the rect/reg so I checked everything(stator and reg/rect and it all checks out with multimeter. I got ahold of another rectifier with a good plug, and the other side of that same red plug coming from stator. When splicing it in to stator wires does the order in which the yellow wires go in the plug matter? I never marked there position on the plug when I cut the old one off.

Order of the Yellows is not important.
