After market coil question?

I have a set of andrews coils but i had to put new wires in it but now i do not know which cylinder goes to each coil because the coil wires come out differently than stock set up. Ill attach a photo to show what im talking about. Is it esentially them just rotated in theory? I havent tried yet but wanted to get some idea before i spend hours on different permutations of wire combinations.

Each coil is still paired the same, 1&4 on one coil, and 2&3 on the other. Same as before.
Red wire + Black - for 1&4, Red wire & Green for 2&3.

On a given coil, the wires are reversible to the spark plugs: 1 and 4 can be reversed, 2 and 3 can be reversed.

The coils are also reversible, what "identifies" the 1-4 or 2-3 coil is which igniter signal (from points or from electronic ignition) is connected to it.
