Wire harness

Hello,
I just recently purchase a 77 kz 750, and the bike need a wire harness. Are the wire harness compatible with other kz bikes? I found some wire harness for the this year but I don't want to spend $168 - $229 for it either.

I would greatly appreciate anyone help with this thank you
