are all front wheel speedo drives the same ratio.....or do they make different ratios.....I just changed the speedo drive? its almost like its a 2 to 1 ratio when it should be 1 to 1...

Yea, simply a different sized wheel used with a specific speedo drive will read different.
Remember, don't work on your bike so much you never ride it.

changed out speedo and now works fine...looks like the old speedo was broke.
