stock coils vs Dyna's

Hey guys, will running stock ignition coils, with the dyna pick up coils. cause any long term damage. I have this set up on my 95 Kz1000. If so what type of damage am I looking at?

dyna wants 3.0 ohm coils to pair with the dyna pickup. the stock are 2.3 ohm and are well below the 3.0 ohm mark....not good.
