how do i test with a multimeter?

whatsup all, just needed to know what i should set my multimeter to to test cold lead currents.. check if components are getting juice and whatnot

Your pic is way to blurry to see but if it doesn't have to do with the stator, then 20V DC will work just fine. If you're testing the stator then you'll have to switch over to AC voltage.
