Wrong wires touched.. Now no lights.

So I have a 1981 kz 650 csr and when I checked my wires to see why my right turn signal wasn't working I touched a orange wire to a green that was grounded and now I have no lights and my bike won't start. I changed two 12 volt fuses and a10 a one as well and I still can't find out what I should do. Any ideas ??

Do you have a multi meter?
Time to start testing for voltage and see where youre losing power

Check if power comes to the fuses and goes out from the fuses.
