Would early Z1 clocks fit 78 A2?

Seen these in Japan and i need to change mine to KPH
Would they fit as they say early Z1

I don't know the answer to your question but have an alternative. You chould just get the speedo face replaced with a KMH one. Here is a link to a place in Oz that sells them -

Or maybe you could go to Lioel Otto Instruments who are in your part of the world & talk to them -

Changing face plates is going to change the accuracy.

very nice bike, wow that japan site has some cool items but is my last name Trump.....prices are sick. How about Z-Resto for gauge work....give them a call for quote.

You may have also heard that the quality of those replacement clocks is not so good.....or at least not as good as originals.
I have no experience of these myself, just what was mentioned on a forum once.
Maybe you could find out for all of us.
