Bike not charging? 78 kz650

So, road the bike around, it died a few times, so I used electric start, got back home, bike died, checked fuse box, 20 amp tubw fuse blown. I charged the battery to 80%, put it back in the bike and back on the road.
I road to a friends house with the lights off because it wasnt night yet, road home and all the intrument lights were brighter. Accidently killed if, and I had no juice to turn it over. Ended up kicking it with no problems.
When I got home, the battery charger read only 11.4 volts, and only 30% charged.

Bad stator? Too much corision on the fuse ends (getting blade fuses soon)

Thoughts?

Tried to follow the fault finding guide. I don't know what RR stands for.

But..

Bike died completely yesterday. Wouldn't start, jumped it 5 times (guy left his car off).

Got home, after towing bike, battery read 0 charge.

to note, I rode the bike about 40 miles between charges.

Also note, bike seemed to get charged at 6k+ rpm (indicator lights were bright)

Did you test your current stators ACv output? Yours is a Two Yellow wires coming from stator to R/R (Regulator? Rectifier)? This is the single phase system, and you should see about 76 ACv at 4K RPM from those two yellows. Also about .7 ohm, if you have a real good Ohm meter.

Just went for a ride, it was not really dark, but I ran the lights.

Before turning engine on - All lights bright and working.
Turn engine on - Lights dim, hard to see if they actually work.

I checked the headlight wiring earlier today, and up front, there are a bunch of wires that don't have any homes.. That is to say, I don't know why they go to. I assume they are for the fairing that used to be on the bike. Most likely for the 8track player (yep, the bike is that old, still has the 1979 tabs on the plate...)

I may put the fairing on this weekend if I feel like making the ride up to my friends house that still has the fairing..
