Anyone converted the OEM guages to electronic? was created by DiamondSkyBlue1000
I'm talking taking the original guages, tach and speedo, and converting them from mechanical to electric/electronic. I want to keep the original look but I'm tired of dealing with the inaccuracies of the mechanical meters. I'm not building a concourse ready bike, just a modern, reliable ride that is still a kz1000.
Any info would be helpful!

Tried these people? www.kosonorthamerica.com/new/
And this website? japan.webike.net/KAWASAKI/Z1/456/m/

You'd think the creative minds in Japan would make replacement gauges, only electrical/electronic driven.
