Missing component for cables coming from "Fuser" was created by Bunty27
I've started working on my 1982 KZ550-C3 LTD project. I've been trying to identify all the missing components on the bike and I think I'm doing fairly good. However, while looking into the electrical components, I noticed that there is something called the "Fuser" right next to the starter solenoid. The Fuser has a white (with a black stripe) wire coming out of it ending in a two pronged connected. There is a similar connector coming in from a yellow(with black stripe) wire that is coming from the fuse-box (I think). It does look like both of these go into something that is currently missing. None of the manuals seem to be clear on the electricals so I'm not really sure what I'm looking for. Does anyone here have a clue?
Also, does anyone have a good electrical schematic for this bike?

Any idea of what wire size(gauge) the mystery wire is? I suspect a 30 amp fuse holder is missing, as some Kawasaki's had this size fuse as the main one.

Not really sure about the gauge of the wire but looked like any other wire there (they all looked the same). What's a fuser anyways?
And thanks for your help.

Ah...I think I found the fuser here (see 33)
It's one of the wires coming out of this unit that is not connected to anything (white wire with black stripe)

OK, so I realized my problem was the sucky wiring diagram for the 82 KZ550-C3 in the manual which did not have any color coding in it. I reviewed the diagram for 83 KZ550-C4 and sure enough, the Y/BK and W/BK are accessory cables. W/BK comes from the fuser and Y/BK is ground. So it doesn't look like they need to be hooked up to anything and there's nothing really missing.
Thanks a lot for your help again gentlemen!!
