Okay I am having the hardest time figuring out the electrical wiring on my bike. I don't know if it is because the twin cylinder or what. oKay I got this bike with screwed up wiring. I am having issues between the stator rectifier and battery. I just replaced the stator cause mine was apparently shot. My main question is one white wire comes out of the rectifier and goes to the relay, now where does this wire go on the relay. I ran a multimeter on the relay while running and one terminal on the relay was kicking out as much volts as the battery, the other terminal isn't kicking out any volts. Is the rectifier white wire supposed to be hooked up to the terminal with the power on the terminal? If someone has the same bike let me know. I have a picture of the relay and rectifier also that I can post if needed. Also there is a white and red wire coming from the fuse box that goes to the rectifier, what point on the relay is that supposed to be hooked up. Any input would be awesome.

will this help, it the charging part of the 1980 750 twin wiring diagram, in "File Base" upper right corner of the KZR page.

Kinda ha ha still confusing because the really on the diagram doesn't show only two points on it and where the wires go to

Well Im gonna download a diagram buttttttt i am confused which one i need. I have the 1980 kz750ltd twin.. All i see in that file base is like G1 and B's.. Which one do i need?

The G1 is the 1980 KZ750G twin, the B is 76-79.

Easy way to tell is to look at the frame mounts for the rear pegs, B's are rounded, G's are triangular.
And B has rear disk brake while G has rear drum brake.

Can you post up a picture of both your Regulator/ Rectifier wiring plug with the colors, and also the wiring plug from your Stator where it goes to the R/R with the colors?
