'81 kz550C fuses

Anyone know what the two fuses that are in their own holder go to on a '81 550 LTD? One of mine isn't hook up and the only schematics that I have found are for an '82 that says they are electrical accessories.

They would be used for either a heated vest or grips.My 1982 GPz 1100 came with the same set up.
