kz650 to kz750 electrical help

I bought a project a while back. It came with a kz650b1 frame and a kz750e engine.

I began putting on the wiring harness, which is probably from the kz650, and began to see some differences. What do I need to make this engine swap work? A complete kz750 harness? Are any parts shared? Since the engine is the only thing from the kz750, I'm assuming ignition and charging would change. I didn't notice a difference until I went to hook up the ignition points and noticed there were too many wires.

Can anyone offer their expertise on this?

I should add that it came with MOST of a kz650b disassembled. The powerplant alone was from a kz750e.
The regulator it came with is a combined reg/rec unit.
