If it is same as gpz1100, you just need to connect pink wire to + battery terminal.

kawickrice,
The dashboard display is LCD and red blinking warning light is used for other warning sign so it can't simply be removed.

Thanks, Ill give that a try with an inline low amp fuse in it & see what it does. Hope it doesnt fry anything because stock its only seeing 2.2 or so volts in one cell of the battery. Any thoughts about that ?

It was already connected this way when I got my bike 4 years ago. I added 10A fuse in between just in case and so far no probrem. Manual described that 6 or more voltage disable the warning sign. I looked around this forum and other old Kawasaki site and found that many of us do this method. Other mentioned that he connects 9v battery but you need to disconnect or add switch otherwise the 9v battery runs out.

I think on the 750 Turbo you need to add a resister between the battery + and the sensor wire.
You could check on 750turbo.com as I think that's where I read it.

The guy added the resistors to make the battery indicator lite work with a gell battery but it said you can hook it direct if you just want the lite to quit blinking. Im going to hook mine direct with the smallest inline fuse I can find, thanks for the help
