Some quick help needed with a tach installation

I am hoping you can help me.
I have a KZ1000 electronic tach that I need to wire up to my 78KZ650 that has an 82KZ750 engine. The tach has lights on the bottom area that include (LtoR): High Beam, Headlamp, and, Turn. I only need it to work as a tach. I don't need these lights to work.

Can anyone tell me how to wire this up?

P.S. This is on a track day bike that I need up and running for May 31st so a quick reply would be GREATLY appreciated.

If you have a diagram or drawing, you could email me directly at: parkingpuck@bmts.com

Thanks much.

The Kawasaki electronic(actually electrical, if it's got the moving needle)pick up the signal from the ignition coils. Try the Black and Red wires from the Left ignition coil. It should also function as a voltmeter wnen a button is pushed on the "Dash".
