Left turn signals not blinking.
29 Mar 2012 09:03
My right turn signals blink normally but the left doesn't.
I changed flasher and checked the bulbs and they are fine.
Any help would be great!

I will check the ground.
They both light up so I didn't think of that.

Look inside the turn signal housing, for the front signals, there should be three wires, one for the running lights, one for the signal, and another for the ground.
The rear signals do not have running light circuits, so there should be but two wires; one for the signal, and the other for the ground. Kawasaki grounds are usually Black with Yellow stripe.
Sometimes vibration will break the conductor inside the insulation, so check with a multimeter for continuity.

Also check the bulb on the instrument cluster. If it doesn't light the bulbs will not blink. Flasher is load sensitive, not enough load it won't flash.
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.
