Does your bike have the Dyna ignition, or the Kawasaki ignition? Kawasaki pick up coils are available, but I don't think the parts are interchangeable due to mounting and ohm differences.
Checking with Kawasaki.com website has determined that the Pick up(pulsing) coils are available . The pulsing coil # is 59026-1133 and replaces the older # 1002, 1012 which were used from the MKII motors until the 2005 P24.
Check the small 4 pin connector that the pickup coils connect to for corrosion/loose pins too.

That link was to a Dyna S ignition. That ignition has everything built into the pickup plate. That is a complete replacement ignition system. It is not to be used with the factory ignition box. It also should not be used with the original coils.
The Dyna S ignition requires 3 ohm coils. The factory electronic ignition uses 2.3 ohm coils, so you would need to get new coils to go with that Dyna S.
(If your bike would have had points, then you could have used the old coils with the Dyna S.)
