I opend the button controls(everything looked ok) put them back together and got nothing, then for reason I flicked controls around and it started rode for about 5min cut it off then tried to start again and got nuthing,
question: Can start button interfear with kick start, and do anyone have a idea what the heck my problem could be(besides my lack of knowledge)

What model and year of bike? Some Kawasaki's have a clutch lever interlock switch that prevents starter operation until the lever is squeezed.
Good battery voltage? Does the bike have points or electronic ignition?

Some of the older Kawasaki's are having problems with the soldered switch connections crumbling, I'd open up the left and right handlebar switch pods for an inspection.
If you need instructions on soldering repair, just ask....
