what happen if I try to start the engine using the kick starter with the electric starter off (starter out of the engine). that affect the timing?

No, however it leaves a big giant hole that oil will spray out of when it starts.

Yes, most of the Kz bikes in the mid to late 70's came with both including the Z1, Kz900, Kz1000, Kz650, etc.
