electrical issues: flashing stop lamp indicator

yes, for now I figured it out that a fuse was bad as well as my multimeter !! so after cleaning a few dozen plugs and checking wires, it was just a stupid fuse. But it still doesnt have my trust yet! haha im going to re-do the batterey electronics area to clean it up behind the sideplates.

If I installed led turn signals will this cause the stop lamp indicator to turn on? I believe my kz550 a1 has the self canceling turn signals system and I know that all I connected was the ground and live wire.
