Looking for a wiring diagram.1984 kz750 p1 shafty

anyone know where I can find one? A full service manual would be even better, but i'd settle for a wiring diagram. a color one would be awesome. can anyone help me out?

I'd imagine the diagram from the Kz1000 police will be using the same colors:

Click this link and scroll down to and click on "The Bible" which also provides a selection among several color wiring diagrams for various Kaw 750's, which might be helpful.

Find yourself a Haynes manual.

I think we can help you...but first...if you have a 1984 GT750, then you have a P3 model, not a P1 model. The manual you need is the KZ750 Shaft manual...part number 99924-1035-03. I got mine off of eBay...I suspect you'll be able to do the same. It has the wiring diagrams for the P1/2/3. I'll scan the diagram for the P3 and post it in the appropriate place on this site...and let you know, of course.

At the top of the page, click on Filebase, then 1984. You'll see two files for your 1984 GT750...click on the one ending with 002...it was scanned at a higher dpi.
