My new radio mount

just installed this Uniden 40 channel CB.
that way i can talk to my other riders on the same channel.
my brother and me ride together now i can talk to him (rides a Harley) when need gas stop or tell him to kick it in the azz alittle.
works nice and is clean looking.

That's pretty cool, nice to be able to chat to your riding buddy, brother in your case.
Do you have a hand held Mic, or does it have a headset?

You might consider a jm audio setup if you are going to be touring (not sure of your intended riding with your P model). I do funeral escorts with mine and the PTT/helmet mic function is fantastic. When I first started riding escorts almost 15 years ago, I used a similar setup as yours. Then bought an Ultra Classic which I used for 5 yrs. Just retired it from duty in May.
The JM CB is on the left bar in the pic. It also has a jack to allow for ipods or in my case, my gps to hook in, allowing me to hear the directions in my helmet (they are pricey, about $520 shipped)
