Emgo headlight ring

Has anyone installed a new Emgo headlight ring? I'm wondering how good the chrome has held up.
I'm asking, because the chrome on some aftermarket turn signal stems ain't doing too hot... not sure, but I believe the stems are a different brand.... K&S maybe? Thanks.

I bought one Emgo about 8 months ago for this project.
But it has never been out, driven or in any weather.
I was impressed with it. It all fit together good.
Not like all that harley, V-twin knock off Tiawan stuff. They have to alter it a couple thousand's to beat copyright infringment laws. Thatb stuff always has to be tweeked somehow.
Plus it was under $30 shipped.
Used, nice ones on ebay were selling for twice as much.

Quick, funny story. I have this one. I wrapped it up to be safe. Put it in a good place.
Then I could not find it.
So I bought the replacement, It's OK cause the project is not any thing stock or OEM anyway.

Guess what I found!
The light I put in a safe place. 95% perfect.
It still has the original Stanley 001-1014, 50/35 Watt bulb. SAE - 71

Thanks. Z1Enterprises.com has them. I bought what looked to be a perfect H4 headlight assy from a KZ750 on ebbaayy but the chrome has some fine pitting.

I have been running my Emgo headlight ring for about a year now, and it's holding up fine so far. Granted that my bike stays in the garage, but will spend the whole day parked outside on the days when I ride to work. No complaints as yet.
