77 KZ650 C-1 Headlight bulb change

So there I was..changing the headlight bulb...removed that clip that holds the bulb in and not really paying attention to how it was attached. No pic in the Haynes manual..Google image search ..nada. How the hell does that clip attach to hold the bulb in? Anyone happen to have their headlamp off that can post a pic for me?

While we're on the subject, is that bulb kawasaki specific or does autozone sell a like part?

Below is a diagram of the KZ650-C1 headlight parts. If you can track down one of the headlights in the link I believe you will be pleased. They are a direct plug in replacement sealed beam type, but they are Halogen so they're brighter than stock. I've used a number of brands over the years including H4 reflectors and various H4 bulbs, but these Wagner sealed beams have lasted much longer than the others in my bike. Ed

I have an H4 in there now and I need a quick fix to pass inspection on Monday. I think I will order one of those wagners though. The thought of a sealed beam pleases me!
