Coo tail light. Out of stock, you ever seen one?
04 Aug 2011 23:26 - 04 Aug 2011 23:26The place that sells these says they are out of stock and doesn't know when they will get one.
Have you seen one and do you know what it is? I am looking to use it on my bike as a tail light?

If you can get a red lense, you'll probably be ok with the local vehicle inspection people. My understanding is except for turn signals, no rear lights should have yellow/amber lenses.
Check with the local/state regulations about this.

@Elfmagic17 - I think you hit the nail on the head.
@Folks - So if I find a red dual filament one I should be good to use it for a brake light you think?
I found some that are interesting but not that exact one. I like the fin coming out the top.

As long as the lens is red you'll be OK. Just throwing in a red bulb with the amber lens probably won't make you legal.
Reminds me of the Rocketeer helmet.

that is a running light for a harley.
it goes on the front fender.
j&p cycles can sell you one with a clear lense then you can use a red bulb and be "more" legal.
