The after market Dyna's and Accel use ring terminals requiring some electrical rework. Just a matter of cutting off the push on terminals, stripping back the insulation, & crimping on the proper size ring terminals(probably 3/16" I.D. Red terminals for 22-18 gauge wire, but check the ring terminals so they fit the electrical terminal screws first).

You will need to crimp some connectors onto the coil primary leads and the wiring harness leads (blue and red/yellow) so you can connect the wires. Then fit/cut the spark leads and screw on the spark caps.newowner79kz750b1 wrote: is it just a process of removing two wires. hooking up two wires, and then putting on two plug wire boots and thats it?

When working with the primary(small wires) side of the ignition coils, use the following as a guide for wire sizes:
RED 22-18 gauge wire
BLUE 16-14 gauge wire
YELLOW 12-10 gauge wire
American Wire Gauge(AWG) is backwards to what people think regarding size, the bigger the number, the smaller the size of the wire I.E. 10 gauge is many times the size of 22 gauge wire.

It might be easier just to buy a set of Dyna copper core sparkplug wires as they come with the sparkplug end already crimped, with just cutting to length to fit the ignition coils.
Most bikes use 7mm sparkplug wires, so maybe a local car shop dealing in speed equipment would meet your needs.
