coils and coil wires

Hi,
I have an 86 kz1000p. I have to do the the coil wires. i need to know if i should do the coila too and what size wires I should use? Whats the recomendations

Z1Enterprises.com has inexpensive coils and solid core wires that work very well.
Contact them.
