LH Z1 ent repro switch housing

About to connect LH early style switch housing repro from Z1 ent to main harness of my 78 KZ1000, I am electrically challenged,so by any chance does someone have a photo of how they wired together? Seeing that the wire colors are not the same, it would be a great help.:unsure:

The replacement did not come with a color chart for the wires on it?

If not you will either have to ring them out (use a meter) or give Z1E a call/email to see if they can tell you.

Is this the switch you bought (Z1 LH)

Are you trying to cut these wired ends off and the ones on your original harness and splice them together? Need your schematic for the specific model you have (A2, A2A, B2C1, C1A or D1) or you can look at the old switch to see where what color wire goes where on it.

Would examine and compare the wiring diagrams of the two bikes, which may probably be located in the KZr FILEBASE (see top of screen).

Select year, then model, and download the wiring diagram.

Yes that is the one, I have a schematic for the A2A, but it isn't clear to me....at least:angry: No diagrams came with it, that would have been nice however.
