accessory fuse

i took my seat off today on my 82 750r and i noticed 2 wires not going anywhere. in the wire harness there is a white wire with a blue stripe. then there is also a yellow wire with a black stripe. im thinking the yellow wire is a ground wire. the white wire is going to the accessory fuse behind the starter relay. there is a white wire with black stripe coming out of the accessory fuse that isnt hooked up to anything im thinking this may be a ground wire since it has a black stripe. it has a red single wire with a white stripe that comes out of the bottom of the accessory fuse and splits off that turns into a white wire with a red stripe and goes to starter relay and to the fuse box. are the 2 wires that are not together suppose to be plugged into each other? the both have double female ends. i see that the last owner cut the ends off the ones that are hooked up and put a male and female ends on. i dont know what the accessory fuse is used for.

It could be used for heated grips, heatred vest,or anything that does not exceed the current limit of the fuse.
